She spends her time trying to work out what a customer feels when they use a product and how to structure that feeling through products, people and processes. With more than twenty years experience in print and digital publishing, she has advised clients including talkSPORT, talkRADIO, Virgin Radio, The Liberal Democrats and others. Mimi was formerly head of strategy at Vice Media, Marketing Director of the Lad Bible and Sales & Marketing Director of the Health Lottery. Mimi spent over a decade in journalism with the Hollywood Reporter and began her career as a science and technology writer for The Sunday Times and The Times.
